While we are unhappy to hear you're having troubles setting up 2 Factor Authentication, we are more than happy to assist you with finding a resolution. There could be a few different causes for what you are seeing, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the symbols that appear instead of the code?
Additionally, have you attempted this with multiple browsers/devices, such as have you tried from phone and PC browsers? What about on a different network? Any additional information could be helpful in determining the root cause of the issue. Looking forward to hearing back from you!
