Hi Hello. I am currently refunding my quest 3 due to personal health issues, as I am unable to use it anymore. I am attempting to refund the elite strap with battery, however, there is no option to allow me to do that. Cause for some reason, it says my return date expired on the 29th. Even though it's the 22nd. Any help?

Update. For some reason, when I go to refund my Elite strap with battery. It says
That is expired on the 29th of January. However, that is impossible, as it is currently the 22nd. Can meta support fix this? Thank you.
