hi, I bought the meta quest 3 with Asgard's Wrath 2 in the bundle, but I didn't receive the email or the link to redeem the game. in the store I only see the purchase option. the notification did not appear in the viewer or in the app and I did not even receive an email. I have to wait? it's normal? Thank you
Hey @Me2023ok! Are you able to see if Asgard's Wrath is available to view anywhere in your account? If you received the code but are not sure if it was redeemed, you can send a private message to the support page, @MetaQuestSupport, and they'll be able to look into this for you. Same issue but I’ve read other people have redeemed it as well as getting the first game on the pc app so I don’t think the problem is with waiting for it to come out but it’s on metas end ?
Im having the same issue at the moment, i never recieved any email or notification regarding my AW2 code. I dont know what is happening or if its normal. The headset is already fully set up. so i dont know whats going on
I'm in the same boat. Got my quest 3 today and all setup, but no email or notification to redeem the game. When I got my quest 2 last year and beat saber free I got an email like 5 mins after setup. I'm going to give it a few days and then probably hit support hard about it.
