hi, I bought the meta quest 3 with Asgard's Wrath 2 in the bundle, but I didn't receive the email or the link to redeem the game. in the store I only see the purchase option. the notification did not appear in the viewer or in the app and I did not even receive an email. I have to wait? it's normal? Thank you

For those who recieved an email....have you looked for the game in mobile app after you've recieved the mail?
It showed me the install button instead of buy.....i just clicked install - even though the game isn't released yet - and button changed to purchased.
Actually i did this before I even opened my mails.....I didn't need any code.
When looking now in store for the game there is written something like "was redeemed when purchasing the headset" (it's not in english for me so i don't know the text exactly)

I still haven't received an email. I tried factory resetting Q3, but still no prompt or email for AW2. Support said it's only for new Meta accounts, not existing, which I know is a lie. I asked to show documentation and provide a link stating that, which of course they couldn't because she was lying.

Have not received an email, nothing in notifications, store page says to buy it for $69.99CAD.

I contacted support and they told me to wait. I didn't get an email or notification.
"Upon checking your past interaction, I can see that you are having issues with redeeming your Asgard's Wrath 2. I'm very sorry for the delay, this is not what we intended for you to experience.
To set proper expectation this is a on-going issue that we are currently facing, but no worries our engineering team are currently working on a fix.
We will get back to you soonest time possible once we have an update.
Your extended patience and understanding is highly appreciated.

I set up my Quest already 2 weeks ago.....at that point all worked without problems.
I see now, it's a problem that startet later.
@Colt_Coffey mentioned Meta know about the problem and is already working on it.
Keep my fingers crossed for all of you that this is solved soon.🤞

Thanks for the link. I have been able to redeem Asgard's Wrath 2, and Asgard's Wrath 1 is already in my library so I can download it.
