hi, I bought the meta quest 3 with Asgard's Wrath 2 in the bundle, but I didn't receive the email or the link to redeem the game. in the store I only see the purchase option. the notification did not appear in the viewer or in the app and I did not even receive an email. I have to wait? it's normal? Thank you

We understand you did not received the Game Code, However as per the terms and conditions of the promotion, The Game code is sent to the customers who have the game delivered inside US, and as your order was delivered to (No Doxing), It is not valid for the promotion.

no where along the promotions were there any claims of this being the case. and i feel like im being scammed to be honest...
It took some time, but it finally became available and was able to download Asgard's Wrath 1. Now to go back to my life of not playing games and just collecting them and promising myself that I'll play the next weekend.
My brother in law was staying with me when he received his Quest 3 headset and we activated the headset on my account so it could be used until he returned home.
I received an email with the activation code to redeem a copy of Asgard's Wrath 2 when it is released..
He has since returned home and I was wondering how he can redeem the game when he sets up the headset on his own account.
I will be buying my own headset soon and will not need 2 copies of the game.

No worries, for the adventure continues with the following:
Open the Meta Quest app on your mobile phone.
Tap Menu, then tap Settings.
Tap Account Settings, then tap Redeem Store Code.
Enter your promo code and tap Submit.
Make sure there are no spaces, and enter the code exactly as we've provided it. Just a heads up, once your brother-in-law sets up his account, he'll need to do a factory reset to wipe the device clean and start fresh with his own information!
