I did not receive the redeem code for Asgard's Wrath 2 with new meta quest 3

hi, I bought the meta quest 3 with Asgard's Wrath 2 in the bundle, but I didn't receive the email or the link to redeem the game. in the store I only see the purchase option. the notification did not appear in the viewer or in the app and I did not even receive an email. I have to wait? it's normal? Thank you

Thanks for the reply.

I did not receive a promo code but rather an email asking to click a link.

When I did this, I was redirected to the store and I was instructed that I had purchased the game.

When I Opened the Oculus app on my phone and clicked menu, settings, redeem code, I was instructed

to select the game and enter your gift code but I cannot seem to find a code.

Please advise.

Hi just me again I still got 2 issues I got the email to redeem game and to get the 6months free meta games but when I click on redeem still just goes to a page that does not confirm that it’s redeemed and having same issue when I click on get 6 months free it just comes up with 1 month trail instead of 6 months can meta help me sort this out please as had no way of sorting myself I just keep trying and still not working?

Hey @Me2023ok! Are you able to see if Asgard's Wrath is available to view anywhere in your account? If you received the code but are not sure if it was redeemed, you can send a private message to the support page, @MetaQuestSupport, and they'll be able to look into this for you. ordered on 20th Nov from Amazon "Meta Quest 3 512GB— Breakthrough Mixed Reality — Powerful Performance — Asgard’s Wrath 2 and Meta Quest+ Bundle"

Activated on the 5th, checking my mailbox and the store every day and shows full price -

I am not that confident that this will change once the game releases and i am waiting for the support to reply...
