If you bought it before that date, try the steps described in the link below..... if you bought after that date, you won't get the game free, I'm afraid.

In US and Canada the promo has been extended until December, 31th 2026.

Does this only apply to the US and Canada? Can't you redeem Batman for free in Spain (Europe) when buying a new Quest 3? I was considering buying a new Quest 3 mainly for the Batman game, but if it's not included...

Yes, that's why I specifically said... It was extended in the US and Canada.

For other countries the promo has been expired.
