I didnt make a business account and now i have one, i got hacked, how do i delete this?

I go hacked around april 27 and i suddenly have this business account, I've been trying to contact help for the longest time but all facebook links relating to customer support are broken/not working anymore

How do i get rid of this? I can't deactivate the account, because apparently "You don't have permission to perform that action." (beside the red x mark) and i can't remove these accounts the hackers put in because "You can't remove people from this ad account because you're restricted from advertising." 

I don't know what to do, and I don't know who to contact. Send help, URGENT!!

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
