I cannot turn on Airlink in the Oculus, even though it is new and has not been for two days. When I turn on Airlink, I wait to no avail. Only the loading sign appears. Is it a manufacturing defect, a problem with my computer, or a problem with my internet?
Also, can I operate the Oculus using a regular cable, not a cable 3.0

First, please visit the Air Link set-up guide. Walk through this to ensure everything is done at the right time. Please let us know which step you get to, where you only see the loading symbol.

Lastly, Meta Quest Link requires a USB-C 3.0 cable supporting 5GB or higher throughput. It won't work with a regular cable.
