Hey @FrostyRevenge!! I'm extremely clumsy, so I understand all too well how accidents like this can happen haha.
You can absolutely try a factory reset like @yusuf.578244 suggested, since that will sometimes do the trick for issues like this. I'd also recommend reaching out to @MetaQuestSupport via PM for some extra troubleshooting or insight on what your options may be. Although, I don't blame you for wanting to wait until the Quest 3 comes out. It looks pretty awesome! 🤩

Great excuse to get Quest 3!
Unless you want to get yours looked at. Considering that cost of repair is in $100, may worth consider new unit.

Sometimes, a simple restart or reset can resolve minor software glitches. Refer to the manufacturer's instructions on how to restart or reset your specific headset model.

I'm sorry to hear about your headset issue. It's possible that the fall may have damaged the battery or the charging circuit inside the headset. Here's what you can try:
If none of these steps work, the problem might be more serious, and it could be worthwhile to consult a professional technician.
On a somewhat related note, if you find yourself without your headset and still want to enjoy some media content, you might consider using an app like ThopTV APK on your device. It's a platform that provides access to various TV shows and movies, so you can still watch your favorite content even if your headset is temporarily out of commission. Please remember to check the legality and appropriateness of any software or content in your jurisdiction.
Ultimately, if the problem persists, seeking professional help might be your best option, especially if the headset is still under warranty.

Have you tried using a different charging cable or power source?
