I factory reset my headset and now when I try pairng my headset with my phone I cannot.

I can't pair my Oculus app to my headset because I was recently trying to mod blade and sorcery so I could post a tut for others but I can't use the same 5 digit code because that is what it sends me whenever I press pair headset.
