I factory reset my oculust quest and now it goes black after trying to sync with the controllers

my oculus quest was acting weird after a long time of no using it (the screen seemed to be blinking), and I decided to factory reset it, after that it shwed me the images of taking the straps from the controllers and after a couple seconds it all just went black. can you help me?
