Trying to get my brother Assassin's Creed VR with his debit visa. Tried on all PCs, phones. You name it. Even tried my Paypal. LOL! Is it me? Or is the game just too popular right now it's hard to download now because everyone is downloading it at once??? Meta fix tour sh*t! Please. I love ya. But dang. I don't think Meta wants our money at this point. Plus support is weak. Been through different reps all evenings. Oh geeze. I want a Quest 3 just for PC VR and this game and found out that Attack on Titan is getting a VR game!!! Never had issues buying games on my bros Quest 2 before he bought him self a Quest 3. Come on guys. Seriously. This is what I keep getting. He's pissed.
I hope and pray someone can fix this and look into it. Anyone else having problems? The card is a debit visa and is in working condition or he wouldn't be buying monsters. LOL!!! XD 🤣👍 Is anyone else having issues buying this game??? Please say yes. Lol. 👍 I'm having issues with adding payment methods too. This also needs fixed and to be recognized. Had a feeling. Thanks for letting me know. Hopefully Meta technicians will notice this and fix the problems as fast as possible. I don't know what's going on. It's really concerning at this point. I'm afraid of buying a gift card and not being able to use it too. Thanks for the heads up. It's kinda sad the reps don't know what's going on after all the information I provided them which is strange. I don't know if it's just pure laziness or they just don't care of what's going on in the store? 😕
What's even more scarier is it won't even accept my PayPal or won't let me add it. Which is scary. I'm just hoping Meta isn't being DosS'D or something. That would make me quit using Meta and save for a Vive instead. They need to look into this and fix this so we the customers can buy their games. As soon as I saw Attack on Titan in the works for Meta VR. I got all excited! So it's scary really that something's going on. Not being able to add our cards, update all our info, etc. :'(
Already did. Still got my ticket. Waited three days no reply yet. They need to get their crap together. Someone needs to get in on with the FTC on this or something because they aren't telling us **bleep**.
