I have 2 issues: 1.My device shows up on the oculust site but not on meta 2.payment method suspended

For some reason and idk how I even found this by clicking all over the place, I have an oculust account and it shows the device I bought through Amazon and it has the correct serial number. But if I click on that very same oculust site on the top link for support, it takes me to a meta website, idk what account I'm using anymore, I think it is a horizon one, but there's also an instagram or facebook one I was asked to make when trying to create an account if I remember right, but w.e it is, my profile doesn't show my device like it does in oculust.
The other thing is that when I first tried buying something from the store, it seem to be going through but then Discover card in their great wisdom decided to intervene "on my behalf" and did something to the order, I was able to acnkowledge the order on my end to let them know that it is legitimate, but on the Meta store I didn't get what I paid for, and any attempt to add my credit card info, depending on which site I'm using to add it, either ends up with a message saying something went wrong, or that my payment method has been suspended for MY security.....right.

So I need this fixed, I can't get ANY SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER for my device cause it doesn't show up in my meta account and trying to add the Serial Number to search for it comes up with nothing. And I cannot buy anything at all cause you are suspending my payment method for my security when I'm the one trying to use it and the issue has already been cleared up on Discover Card's side.

and yes I've tried several cards and it's the same issue even when all the info is correct, keeps saying to check my card info, check your systems more like it
