I have been hacked by meta horizo user and no one has been able to help me!

It has been 6 days now of being tossed around from IG to meta horizon back to IG. The hacker is still on my profile and I cannot take him out. I need instant and direct help on this matter. I don't anyone sending me useless links or tossing me to another department!!! What do I do from here??? The hacker has since accessed all my other apps and my bank accounts and has charged my cards over 5k. I blame META solely for this and their lack of responsibility in address my issue!. Someone do something!

We’re sorry to hear that your Instagram account was hacked, however as community managers we aren’t able to assist you with this directly.
We can help with Meta Quest related issues but unfortunately we lack the ability to assist with Instagram account issues.
