I have few issues. Screen/ label and contact problems

I had problem with quest 3, right screen stopped workin. I tried everything from charging to max, factory reset and all things that were in forums and nothing helped.

I send information to my seller, and he told me that they will replace me my headset but They need to have label from courier ina Japan because it was bought in Japan.

I wroted that to meta by email and after short conversation they stopped receving my emails.

I had info in my email:

Remote server is wrongly configured.

550 5.7.1 Relaying denied

So i tried to use second email and it was the same after one respond to email.

I also used outlook email and have the same issues. Meta said that they have some issues and I should wait but it was already 3 weeks problem with comunication. I was comunicating by messeges from forum site.

Meta wrote that they can only put this further via mail and I didn' receive any label.

Seller said that Meta should provide me label because they do that in other cases or they send order/tracking number. But They don't want send to me anything. Courier also want number or label.

Do anyone have solution for this or idea what to do? Im fighting for reclamation for over month and I still didnt put this case any further...

I will be happy fo any advice.
