So I've been waiting for around 2 months to get a new shipping label for my replacement kit due to my label not working after i sent my headset in, and it getting sent back to me because of a battery warning label on the box that i sent it in and didn't notice. So i ended up contacting Meta and they were responding and helping me out for abit before going fully radio silent out of nowhere, and whenever i would make a new ticket, they would always reference me back to my old ticket where i would not end up getting any responses.
So i'm now stuck here with no responses, Anyone here know what to do?
