Same thing is happening to everybody after only a few hours of use. Take out the battery, I'm sure you'll notice it has leaked battery acid on the inside of your controller if your using the batteries that came with oculus. And oculus will just yell you to submit a ticket, and you're pretty much screwed for days, until you get mad enough to just order a new controller like I did. Oculus wont even address this issue they know hundreds of people are having right now.
