I have rainbow lines

This morning I've found out that I have one line for each lens. On the right eye there is a straight line, on the left eye there is not a straight line, but dotted line with additional 2-3 small lines. I succeeded to shot only the line in the right lens. Both lines are situated at the upper-right zone in a similar position/angle.

I cleaned the lenses many times, I've tried to move headset in different positions - no change at all. There is something wrong inside the headset.

are you sure there is no sunlight creeping in around the edges of the face plate?

have a friend that had the same problem, he got a new pair. didn't thought at the sunlight around the edges thing , will tell him to test this theory .

100% sure it’s not from the sunlight, I’ve tested it in many positions. And I even covered the headset with cloth!

I've just found that when the background is black, but with a backlight, the lines are green. And they are not in fact clean lines. They have blurred zones and they are with varying density.

That looks to me like damage of the display, usually caused by direct sunlight hitting the lenses. If that is the case, there is unfortunately no way to fix it. However, I'd recommend submitting a ticket anyhow to see if we can help.
