I have to remove my pin

My problem is that when I try to join my quest I can't use my controllers to enter my pin and I know that they work because when I try a factory reset I can still use it to create a boundary but I can't enter my pin to enter my account

Gotcha! Normally, when completing a factory reset, all prior settings are removed, so we want to make sure the following steps were completed with your device: 

  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

Of course, if, when setting up your device once more, a PIN is requested, do let us know!

Hello @Kupercheese hope everything is going well, when you mean factory reset do you mean the power off menu or preforming a factory reset then attempting to set up your guardian when the headset is set back up?

I have tried that already it shows that my controller is working I just can use my controller to enter my vr headset I set up a pin to prevent people from getting on without my premison
