I just turned 18 and I got a meta quest 3 for my birthday. I had an oculus quest in the past when I was 14 but when I tried to buy blade and sorcery it said I was too young, and that I had to have a parent account allow it so I checked the date of birth on my account and it was correct but it's still not letting me buy the game

Hi there, @darcy.height. We know how important it is to have your account information correct in order to play the games we want, and we know how this can limit your VR gaming experience. Since you are of age now for Blade and Sorcery, we would like to know if you are having trouble getting other games of the same rating. Please allow us to assist and get you into action as soon as we can. To get that assistance, we would like you to reach out to us in a PM. This way, we can gather more sensitive information and look into your account. To do so, please select our name to get to our profile page, or click here. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately message us! Please remember, you must be signed into the community first to send us a private message.
