Hi. I have recently ordered a new controller because my old one broke. after it arrived i wanted to pair it but i had to login into my meta horizon for whatever reason. then i tried various emails and passwords and still no luck. then i tried factory reseting my quest 2 and now im not logged in my quest AND my meta horizon apps. i hope i can retrieve it and get it back. if the meta support doesnt believe me i have proof of my user and a purchase i made a few days ago with paypal.
