Does anyone know how to fix this. No one told me that I had to turn on back up. Please someone help me recover my stuff I spent so much money on gorilla tag

Hey there! We definitely want to help you keep track of your In-App Purchases! We often find that users reporting that they can't find their purchases on their headsets after performing a Factory Reset, have actually created a new account when pairing, instead of signing back in to their original account! We encourage you to check your records and see if you're signed in to the correct account. If you need any help with this, please let us know!

I also have the same issue as the other person. I have logged in with the correct account and the cosmetics are still not there. Can they be recovered?

If you still have the mobile app, you should be able to just click “add headset” and connect using the code then you should have everything you had before if not maybe put it in the gorilla tag discord.
