I'm 10 feet tall in games, making it hard to play.

So I'm trying to play a game with my friends and all of a sudden I'm like really tall to where the point where I can't even grab anything off the ground. It's really hard to play games and it's making my quest three a lot less fun to play and if this doesn't get fixed I'm going to do something.

I saw several users with that issue.

They'had enabled "lying down" mode.......seems there is a bug with that feature.

After disabling the feature, they had normal size in games.

Try what @Choleni mentioned about turning off Lying Down mode and let us know if that fixes your height while in games. If you have any troubles after doing so, I'd love to look into what else can be done!
