I'm not gonna uninstall and reinstall my graphics driver every time to use my Rift.

I've had this problem for roughly 1 week. It is widespread enough that they have a message posted at the top of the Rift support page. Even uninstalling/reinstalling it, the next time I reboot my PC it has the exact same problem.

Did you check the driver version still the same you install to fix this issue, or change when the message appear? What I mean here is you possibly have some softwares (like the GeForce NVidia experience) which may update automatically your display driver after a reboot...
