I need HELP. I'm stuck on the pairing screen for the Meta app and my headset

I’m stuck on the link screen to link the oculus to the meta app, but it’s already linked. I think the problem is the controllers. I’m only limited to one controller so I’m not really sure what to do I’m so lost please help 😭😭

Hi @xoemiox  could you please provide a little more information?

Do you mean you're linking to the Meta App on a mobile phone?

Also, "limited to one controller" - are you limited to one controller for physical reasons (you can only use 1 controller)?

Big PC, all the headsets, now using Quest 3

  • Are you stuck on the screen on your actual headset? 
  • When you say "limited to one controller", can you please elaborate on this.
  • Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall the mobile app and then try pairing again?
