and dry towel

and put it on the charger for about an hour

and when the light turned green I tried to play again but the Meta Quest startup screen appeared and it was spinning for hours

and I pressed the power button for a long time until a black screen appeared and a chip was loaded

I didn't understand anything but when I went and tried to play again the Meta Quest logo appeared again is there a solution?
