I need help someone hacked into my account and they added their own email.

I'm not getting any email's. I need to delete the email from Meta Quest. I delated the email from Facebook but now I can not delate the email from Meta Quest and I am not getting email's to delate it. If you could please delate that email that is causing to changing my password very day.
