Hello I need help! I let my little sister play on my vr for a while because I didn’t play it as much and my account got suspended. I didn’t know about it and I didn’t know that the way to get a referral or to ask to get it unsuspended was sent through the mail and I might’ve deleted it. What’s my next step? I can’t find out how to contact meta so I can ask to get it unsuspended. I also can’t make a new account and reconnect it to my vr as the only way I know how to factory reset the vr is through the app on the account which I can’t get on. I’m stuck and don’t know what to do and if some very knowledgeable person about this subject can help me out that would be very appreciated thanks in advance!

You can do a factory reset by holding the power and volume button of the headset.

But be aware...... you will lose any games purchased with your suspended account when you setting up the headset with your new account.
So it's better to talk to supprt first.... maybe they can help.
