I have just recently bought Beat Saber on my Oculus PC app not knowing it wont transfer to my Oculus Library. But after the purchase, it said there were 5 hours remaining and around the 3rd hour of having the game, I refunded it. After I have refunded it, I waited until tommorow to see what had happened but it had just disappeared. Please help me find where my money and game have went. And yes, I have checked the purchase history.

There are two different Meta stores and libraries: Rift/PCVR and Quest. The PC app can only buy and play games from the Rift store and library. If you look at your library in the Quest 2 while using it stand alone, you will only see the Quest library.
For a Quest 2 to see games in the Rift library, you must be running Link or Airlink to connect to a PC.
Some games are cross buy. This means buying a Rift version on PC will give you a free Quest version too, and vice versa. But you still need to go into the store and buy the other copy. It will be listed as Free if you already own the other version.
Beat Saber isn't cross buy, so no free copies.

Refunds can take a few business days before it shows up in your bank.
