I’m reaching out to the community today because I’m a tough situation and I’ve not been able to get any type of support for this. I’m hoping that I can finally get some help today.
Basically my situation is that I need to add my meta headset device to my Facebook account, but I can’t log into my Facebook account because I forgot the password to my Facebook account, and I can’t reset my password because the email connected to my Facebook account was deleted.
Can you please help me add a new email to my Facebook account so that I can reset my password and add my meta headset to it?

As you already know Facebook has absolutely no customer support for its users, and they never reply back to any of its forms. Also their help center is useless if your email was deleted.
I’ve contacted Facebook over 200 times in the past year asking them for help with my account, but I got no help at all because their internal team won’t allow the agents to help me.
this whole situation has made me very depressed and suicidal because I have imporant memories in my account from family members who are now passed away.
i understand that you’re a separate company from Facebook, but it has to be possible for you to reach out to their internal team to let them know my situation, and ask them to finally give me some help.
I have ids and documentation to prove my identity, but I never get a reply from Facebook so that I can submit them. Also my meta horizon username is the same as my username for my Facebook and instagram account.
a company worth billions of dollars with no customer support is just not right!
