I need to replace my quest 3 and its still under warranty

I am super frustrated as I use my quest 3 alot and look very forward to it. It started glitching alot and then one day I had a white dot in the middle and nothing would work. I gave it a day and tried again and nothing. So after trying to disconnect and reconnect the headset and both controllers multiple times, nothing. I ended up doing a factory reset and now after the meta symbol, the screen is black and I can't connect the headset or do anything. I saw that it's still under warranty until November so I definitely need to get this replaced. I paid for a supernatural membership that I currently cannot use and I'm getting more frustrated by the day. Please help me! How do I go about replacing it? Do I go back to where I bought it?

Yes. Make sure to bring your receipt or anything regarding your warranty.

We understand your frustration however, we'd love to get this resolved for you. 

 

We appreciate that you have already completed a factory reset, however, we'd like to ask you to do some general troubleshooting steps. We would ask you to kindly complete the following:

 

  1. Please try holding down the power button for 30 seconds.
  2. If the headset still isn't powering on, kindly charge the headset for 2 hours.

If, after charging, the headset still isn't powering on, please send us a private message so we can discuss possible replacement options. 

 

In the meantime, if you have any other questions or queries, please don't hesitate to contact us! We'd be more than happy to help.
