Hello all,
I'm not able to get a hold of any customer service on Facebook or Meta, because my account is disabled. I need help to reinstate my Facebook account in order to use AR/VR Meta Quest at my workplace. I'm a social media and digital marketing specialist so my account being disabled without reason, email, texts, etc., has put my career on hold, and I'm getting angry calls from my clients and I can't use the headset provided to me.
I must have been hacked, or something I'm not aware of. I did not personally break any of Facebook's rules. In short...
I've been with Facebook for over 14 years.
I've never been in Facebook "Jail" as they used to call it back in the day.
I had an active Facebook ads account and have spent thousands on Facebook ads over the years.
I manage multiple pages that I have no access to because of my "Disabled" status, and am losing clients because I cannot update their pages.
Pro Pages include; Angrist Chiropractic and Wellness Care, Eglevsky Ballet, DJ Claymation, Claymation Photography, Producing your life from rockbottom, Cannabalance, Rock'nlobes and more.
My page was disabled without warrant, reason, or warning.
Angrist Chiropractic and Wellness Care's pro page that I manage was hacked, when I was hacked, and he needs the followers and account history back.
I use Facebook as my sign in for multiple accounts that I have lost access to.
I have no access to any of my portfolios, demos, pictures, videos, that I thought were safe with your platform.
I've tried many ways to log into my account and every so often, I run into a page with a strange account asking me to sign in, so I assume I was hacked by that account because I am still getting alerts from the last customer I signed up, so I'm assuming he's the one who hacked my account, but I'm not sure, because I was never given an explanation for why my page was disabled.

Hey there Chris and thank you for reaching out to Meta Quest Support!
We completely understand that this is not the experience that you would like to have on Facebook.
However, at Meta Quest Support we provide support for Meta Quest products and services only; so we are not able to assist you directly with your Facebook account.
We would recommend that you visit the Facebook Help Centre, where you can find help with your Facebook account directly. We understand that this isn't the response you were anticipating, however we greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.
If you have any questions regarding Meta products in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help!

The Quest doesn't need a Facebook account.
You can make a Meta account, which is unrelated to Facebook accounts, and use that. They are the preferred way of using the Quest.
