I own Beat Saber, my kid wants to play but Meta wants me to buy it again?

I can share purchased apps with the accounts I manage in Family on the one Occulus we have. There's never been an issue. 

Why on earth do I need to buy Beat Saber again?

Meta gets a little whacky when the kids play on my account because of other unresolved (and completely ignored) issues.

normally the main game of beat saber can be shared too,  just not the DLCs.

Just to confirm....you can not share the main game?

EDIT: I just saw another post with the same issue, seems some kind of bug?
