I requested a replacement due to a broken headset, but they didn't give me a replacement label, so I asked when they would give it to me, and they said they would review it, what on earth do they mean?
I waited because they didn't give me a replacement label, but they're reviewing it and telling me to wait, and I think that's just trash management.
Especially the Korean team, please don't pay attention to me.
It's because of you guys that it's delayed.
