My right oculus controller randomly stopped working just like my left had previously but I had gotten it fixed. I contacted you guys and it got replaced and I'm not sure if the left controller is still not working or if the battery died out. I am in need of assistance for my controller

Hey @axcid_ii. We know how having controller problems can be the concerning, but we are going to stop at nothing to get you two working controllers again. Would you be able to tell us some more information on your controller issue? Is it not powering on, is it having pairing issues, is the tracking bad? Once we get that kind of information, we'll be able to help with your issue more.

It pretty much does nothing. I can't tell if it's a pairing problem or tracking issue, it just doesn't turn on at all.
