I’ve connected my headset to the app but all the applications just say “Purchased”

Hi, my headset is connected to the app (Quest 2 by the way) and instead of an application saying “Launch” like normal, it just says purchased. 
I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, factory resetting my quest, connecting it to WiFi and charging the headset but nothing seems to work. I don’t know what seems to be the problem but I can’t use my Quest 2 until this is resolved.

No, this is not correct. I am having an issue with the app, not parental controls.
