On numerous occasions i've tried to change my Date of Birth at auth.meta.com and it has not worked and said "Cannot change birthday, contact support" I've even tried the Facebook method and it still hasn't worked, I just got my Oculus quest 2 yesterday, so if that has to do anything please tell me. Same thing is happening to my, my account on Facebook has my actual birthday, but it won’t sync with my oculus. I was born in 2004 not 2007. So it makes me underage and won’t let me do most things or games

im having the same problem but its keeps saying "cannot save recent changes, please try again later" but no matter what i do the message is still the same

We understand there was an error in the change attempted and would recommend ensuring the steps listed on the support page hereare followed. Should it still not be possible to change, try the steps below:
Clear the cache and cookies for the browser.
Use a different browser.
If available, use a mobile device on a mobile network.
