I want Help with my Order

I have placed my order no. ******************** by meta on the 4th Apr 2024, the Estimated delivery was the 8th Apr 2024. 
 
I have been waiting for 40 days to receive at least one update about my order and have contacted support multiple times via email and WhatsApp, but all I got was promises and no useful information at all.
 
This was a birthday gift that is not needed anymore! I cannot cancel the order, I cannot request a refund, and no one can give me an update on my order. I have never experienced a worse service than this, this is unfortunately a lot of mess.
 
Some of the tickets i have created by support and never got any information in return:

09.04.2024 #********
 
I wonder how many tickets I need still to submit and how many months/years I need to wait until I get some useful information back.

I have sent you all the details again, i have been waiting for 40 days and created at least 10 support tickets via all possible ways and no one is giving me any information where my order is!!!!

Please I'm longing for any help since weeks, I'm really desperate for any information, I'm now totally shocked at how bad customer service would be!!!

Thank you, i did sent a message, and received an answer back to wait again!! what should i wait for? i have been waiting for 40 days and all what you tell me is to wait more with NO information or any details what i should wait for? if my order is lost, just refund me with the money back. i wonder if this is even legal to just delay the customer without providing any details! i have been submitting request for 40 days requesting kindly any information! i used all Meta channels to submit complains and i receive answers to wait more, could you at least tell me how many days/weeks/years i have to wait?!! this is totally not acceptable.
