My partner and I own a Meta Quest 2 under her Facebook account so we could connect with friends. Recently, it asked us to verify the ID of the account holder. We thought we had but last week we got a message saying that we needed to upload ID again and they suspended all her Instagram accounts. She’s uploaded her drivers license but there’s been no confirmation, no reinstatement of the accounts, and no one can play the VR. What is happening? She can’t log into her Meta account either so I’m posting on her behalf. Can anyone help??
