Purchased a Meta quest gift card. Returned home and went about loading it to purchase a game. After putting in the pin code, it told me the code doesn't exist. What or with whom do u need to contact?
Hey there, @knapps315! Being able to redeem your gift cards is a pretty important part of purchasing them. We would be happy to provide some information, and assist you however we can.
Redeeming gift cards can be done in multiple ways, and many gift cards will have multiple numbers so we know how it can get confusing to redeem them. Please try both of these options and let us know if it still says the number is invalid or does not exist:
For a 16 digit code, try redeeming it from the mobile app on your mobile device:
Open the Meta Horizon mobile app on your mobile device.
Tap your avatar picture at the bottom.
Tap the menu button in the top right
Scroll down and tap "Wallet" below Payment and subscriptions.
Tap the + button in the top right and select "Redeem a gift card".
Enter the 16 digit code on your gift card to redeem it.
For a 25 digit code, try redeeming it from our website using a PC or laptop:
Make sure you are signed into the correct Meta account, as credits are not transferable.
Enter your 25 digit code and redeem the credits.
