Using quest 3 and everything has been fine up to a few days ago.
After about 10-15 minutes, I start to loose controller function in specific apps. (SteamVR Home, VRC).
It seems heavily dependent on my body orientation, ie which direction I am facing. Batteries are fine. Connection is fine. But literally if I face one direction I am good, I face another and I am glitched.
The only thing I can think of, is that in my room one wall is mirrored. I have been playing fine in this environment for about a month. This is a very new development.

@r.o.s.h.i.e VR headsets have had issues with reflective surfaces and mirrors even back as far as the Rift CV1 days. The sensors on the Quest 3 may get confused as is may see a mirror and what's reflected, like a doorway to another identical room, but the depth sensor is reporting just a flat surface. maybe this is where the headset has issues. Does covering up the mirror with a sheet or covering cure the problem?

Hey there, and welcome to the community forums 👋
As @oculusness has touched upon, reflective surfaces can indeed case an issue with tracking. Give what @oculusness has suggested a try or try using the headset in a different area to see if it gets rid of the issue 🙂
Hope this helps. Let us know if you're still having issues with it 🙂
