If I remove a device i already own do I lose my purchased apps?

I was wondering if I remove a device that I no longer own do I lose all my apps that i have purchased on it to the point where i have to repurchase them on the new device

I am asking because I have recently had to get a replacement headset and I am worried as I do have a few apps that I purchased on the store
