It seems like neither Engage or Roblox are working. If I click on like "Adopt me" in Roblox the screen will become just Black and nothing will happen. If i click on "Central Plaza" on Engage, It will give me "error to login". What can I do?
We see you are having some issues with joining an experience in Roblox, are you having issues with any other applications by chance? Or perhaps are you having the same issue when joining another in app experience? Generally, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling an application when issues such as this arise.
If it is just the one experience, we recommend you reach out to the developer. If it is all experiences, but only Roblox, please give the reinstall a try and let us know if the issues continue.
