In-Store Credits for accessories

I received in-store credit because of an issue with ordering the Quest 3 when it was released. I wanted to use that store credit to order a Quest 3 Charging Station. Apparently in-store credit only works for in-app/digital purchases. I'd like to request a change to this policy. I was very happy with the in-store credit, as I felt it was an appropriate amount for the inconvenience of the order, but now I'm very disappointed to find that it won't work.

Yes, store credit and gift cards are for digital content only.

you should post your request in the Ideas forum, maybe they'll change it in the future.

In the meantime......I'm sure you need some games for your Quest 3 and find a good use for your store credit.😁
