Incompatible graphics after air link was working

I started running air link on my new pc, it started out fine, was running really smoothly. That is, until the oculus desktop app randomly popped up with the "Graphics card isnt compatible with rift softwate" alert. If my graphics were incompatible, then why did it run for a few minutes before the app found out? It only locked me out after I tried setting up my touch controllers (they were already working prior to this). I'm running on quest 3 and here are the computer specs:

Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1355U   1.70 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.6 GB usable)
NVIDIA Geforce MX550 (external)
Intel iris xe (integrated)

I understand oculus doesnt support intel gpus, but maybe theres a way to only use the MX550?

Meta does not support MX550:

It would also be way too slow. Get a desktop with an RTX 3060 Ti or better - if you care for high-end VR experiences.

Oculus Rift CV1, Valve Index & PSVR2, Asus Strix OC RTX™ 3090, i9-10900K (5.3Ghz), 32GB 3200MHz, 16TB SSD

Get virtual desktop. You'll have to pay for it in the meta store on the headset and then download an app for your PC but it'll work with steam VR even without a compatible graphics card and has all the same settings. It's not expensive and worth it. It's like having another monitor for your PC on your headset.
