Incorrect email or password error when attempting to log-in

My Oculus account has locked me out, and everything I've tried just gives me the same "incorrect email or password" message, even when on the reset password page.

Even when I try to log in with the original correct password I cannot get my account back. If there is any way to fix this, some help would be much appreciated.

Having same issue, iv even changed my password and it still won't let me in, i was debating getting a quest 3 but if i can't even log into my account with meta quest link id rather spend the money on a valve index....least that won't lock me out of my own account ¬__¬ the annoying thing is I have the same email and password to login to the meta store in my browser so god knows why it won't let me login using the meta link app on my pc

Hi, I was facing this issue for days. I "managed" to log in by pressing Login button and continuing with my browser. The reason why I didn't do this attemp before it's due to the fact that, until today, when I click the Login button, it says to me to continue in my default browser, but the browser does not show me up the login page! Just now I set Chrome as my default browser and then I set Edge as default again. This, somehow, fixed the issue, and the login page shows me up on Edge (but the problem with in-app login still persists).

For @MetaQuestSupport : Please pay attention to the Meta Quest Link App, because, as things stand,the account management seems to be very buggy.
And please stop treating us like a stupid, answering to our support tickets something like "reboot your pc", "reinstall the app", "disconnect from the internet", etc.
Hoping this feedback could improve your support service...
