Screenshot shows clearly working and updated NVIDIA hardware, I play games on this rig 2k and 4k resolution just booted up a few games. However Oculus is clearly having trouble and all I can find is a forum for support??

The software works for most. Pretty much plug and play.
Oculus might seem like a company run by a bunch of teenagers doing a Junior Achievement project after school, but it installed flawlessly for me. I'm just another user btw.
As for help, hopefully you're good at troubleshooting technique.

What kind of troubleshooting is going to happen? Does support exist or do I have to return this paperweight?

Did you click on "Learn how to resolve this issue"?

Did you click on "Having Trouble? Get Help"?

Did you contact support?

But I see you DID take a screenshot and make a thread, so good on you for that. 😐

What is "this rig"? Is it a laptop? What video card do you have?

Have you ever clicked on get help? It takes you to the forum - hence the screenshot and thread. Not sure what you're implying at all here, but doesn't sound like any form of help.

Here is what "Get Help" takes you to since many here seem confused where that leads:
https://support.oculus.com/1211385718875607

Basically the help page is saying: "Are you SURE you have a graphics card installed?"

Basic help page, but yes, graphics card is installed. 'm playing games here cranked up on it.

Here is an image showing what they say to look for:

So which graphics card do you have?

Ragging for no reason doesn't help. You need to provide more information than a screen shot. Please understand that no one will be able to just guess your problem.

1) Provide your computer information: CPU, GPU, desktop, laptop, driver version, OS, OS version, Updates, AV, etc etc

2) How do you have it plug into your system? Are you connecting the device to your GPU or your motherboard? Do you pass the compatibility check that they provide?
