So Whenever i try to connect my Quest 2 into the link cable i keep having a loading screen where its the meta logo and 3 dots, i noticed multiple things
Airlink works completely fine
And on Link Oculus Dash keeps Restarting over and over https://streamable.com/7ev2hx (also ignore the sounds)
it broke all suddenly yesterday when i was playing with OculusDebug settings and i reverted back the settings i did and no hopes, what i tried was reinstalling Oculus Program on pc over and over and reinstalling my graphics driver using DDU i also asked for help with the Oculus Customer support but we didn't figure it out
i installed the latest v69 update and nothing

Okay i figured out the fix after 3 days of continuous troubleshooting
had to uninstall OculusLink COMPLETELY using RevoUninstaller and delete every registry and file there is, this will eventually fix your problem or at least it did with me, Hope meta ever releases a button where it resets all of your settings, files, registry to make it brand-new instead of having to reinstall and use a third party program
