2 Sensors is normal. It's the most common way to use the Headset and Touch Controls.
The "experimental for 360 VR" part is confusing, do not worry about it.

I wish to feel really ok that I'm buying something "full complete/100% working". But I do not have a good feeling about it.
Do you think could be possible Oculus will give a discount code for the third sensor to people who bought this bundle?

just a few question than I will take my decision please:1) here in italy is a hot summer, do you belive I could wear oculus rift during summer or it would be too hot?2)
If there will be a new model I will probably have no money to buy the
next model so in your opinion do you belive that next generation VR
games will continue to support the actual (old) oculus rift? did oculus
said anything about it oficially?3) do
you belive Oculus CV1 is only for consumers with "early adopter"
mentality (people who jump next the newest tech but are a niche) or do
you belive Oculus CV1 had been designet also for mass market consumers?
because if the answer is "it's for the early adopters" I will not buy it
(I will wait the next model if it will target the mass market). All I
know is that Oculus CV1 basically doesn't exist in Italy, no retail
shops or even amazon sells the new bundle for example and this is the
main reason of my scepticism!
thx!

The headset does tend to get a bit warm and it can get a little hot. Where I live, it's almost constantly 90°F, so as long as you have some sort of fan or Air Conditioner on while you use the headset, you should be good for hour long sessions, maybe longer.
If a new Oculus Rift Model were to be released, I don't see why the current model wouldn't be supported, considering that the headsets are just displays that are motion tracked, and the controllers would all work because of things like OpenVR.
Virtual Reality won't be a "Mass Market" thing for a while. Considering the price and the high PC Spec requirements, it's not really something that will be meant for a mass market for some time. The closest thing to mass market Virtual Reality is something like the Gear VR or Playstation VR. So my answer is, no, it's not a Mass Market thing, but it does seem like Oculus is trying to appeal to a wider audience, since they are lowering the price and their minimum system requirements are technically not that high. I don't see why they wouldn't have it where you live, but I doubt it's because it's not for a "mass market". They probably have their reasons, and it does seem like they want to sell their product to more people, again, because of the whole price drop.
I hope this helped. I definitely recommend the Oculus Rift CV1. I've had a lot of fun with it and right now the price is definitely great.
